You need to adjust the Permissions for this file in GoogleDrive .

 

Do that by right-clicking on the file and selecting [Share], and then select [Share] again,

then go down to General Access and change it to [Anyone with the link]

 

Make sure that Viewer drop-down is set to Viewer and neither of the other options.
