I've been unzipping all my karaoke files. Looks like in VirtualDJ I it isnt necessary, I can can leave them zipped up. Is this the norm?

Yep. Virtual DJ accepts ZIPped or RARred files for karaoke.

Can't honestly remember the kast time I had to de-archive the files to play them as Audio + GFX, there's even an add-on to use WinAmp that's been around for well over 15 tears

I have a problem that might be simple to rectify.

Started utorrent this morning all files have gone dl seeding everything gone

Yes they are still in my dl folder but nothing in utorrent HELP

I would check to make sure that the utorrent preference dl folder is the same as the dl folder on my computer and then reinstall the torrents. If the torrents were not found on my computer, I would then go to the original sites to dl them again.

If you want to carry on seeding then that's the thing to do.

 

Just remember to save to the same directory that your files are already in, uTorrent

will then force a re-check before it downloads - and since the files will already be there

you'll just carry on seeding (without having to DL anything) after the re-check.

 

Same with any torrents that you may have that are incomplete.
