Hi there, couldn't see a reply to this (apologies if someone has), I've used Audiograbber successfully in the past. It's a free download if you don't mind putting up with a few ads or ad free if you pay the small fee.

You copy the link from Onedrive or Mega.nz of a file you've uploaded to one of those or whatever you are using. 

The icon 5 places from the left above is a link button which will come up when hovering over it with the cursor. This icon and others appears when you are editing in  the quote section of this forum. Paste the link in the block space that opens up after clicking on the link icon and insert.

FAIR WARNING - I am getting "upgrade" notices from Mega as I am well over 90% full.
