DarkAngie Posted Tuesday at 11:35 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 11:35 PM ok...the deal is this... after googling a lot i had no luck. and this is my last resort cause i think is not possible. well, i have some old torrents (5 years or more), they are alive and kicking but trackers are almost all dead (i know that torrents work even without trackers, DHT working does the job, correct me if i am wrong) so...i would like to change trackers of those torrents, but not only for me, the leecher must notice that change in trackers. my doubt is that...is it possible to do that change after the announcement or am i condemned to make another torrent with the same files? thank you in advanced...ahhh, i search the forum for an answer and do not find a thing. thanks 3

But unfortunately, you can't update the tracker list in a torrent and have that change reflect for others unless they also manually update it. The .torrent file is static once shared. To truly change trackers for everyone, you'd need to re-create and redistribute a new torrent with the updated tracker list. i knew that...a new torrent must be done.... humpf ...but it was a shot in the dark...and i still remember there was a TGx tutorial...that must be me dreaming ...I just woke up 3
